There was a miscommunication between me and the cashier, and instead of getting a Telkom Heita voucher, i got the normal Telkom prepaid voucher. I only discovered the mistake at home, but when i got back to the shop, the cashier, the supervisor all went out of their way to ensure the problem was fixed. Did not get a chance to get their names, but i want to say THANK YOU to them. Excellent service.
