Appauling customer service

My mother bought me a Diva bedroom suit as wedding gift in Dec 2012.upon assembling the furniture I found that the sides were wobbly and the bottom of the bed base was chipped. After being thrown from pillar to post I finally had my unit exchanged in mid January. In March, which is just 1 month after the exchange the framework of the head rest in the same unit broke. I then went to the branch and spoke to Moses to address the matter and wanted the entire unit exchanged for another make. He said said I must send an email with a picture, which I did 3 days after reporting the incident, the branch manager Zubeer then contacted me and said we should come in and choose a another unit.when we got to the branch for another unit Zubeer changes his story and says he wasn't aware that the furniture was taken on account which meant my mother had to come back and re-apply. My mother went to the branch to re-apply by her sales lady Salashen Baard. Long story short, its been 2 months down the line, I'm due to deliver my baby in 2 weeks and I'm still stuck with the same broken bed and the store keeps making empty promises. As for the Branch manager he never even bordered to follow up on the compliant. Si
