I bought a Nokia Asha 302 on Monday (25/03/13) at Truworths and when i arrived home I noticed that the cover for the battery was not closing properly. I returned the phone Tuesday (26/03/13). I expected them to give me a new phone however they refused. They said they will take the phone for assessment and I will get feedback after 15days. I dont need a repaired phone, I need a new one since I did not use the phone. and waiting for 15days is not acceptable.
