Incompetent Service Staff - Waterfall Mall

I have a tumble dryer that needs to be fixed. I went to Game in Waterfall Mall - Rustenburg on 3 July to give them the warranty details. Since then I have been to the store 2 times to only find out they never took the invoice number and then to find out they wrote the date wrong.

They never had the decency to phone about the details which THEY had wrong, they would just forget about the problem. I was there 3 weeks ago and I made sure they printed the invoice and warranty so that there would be no more mix ups. Each time they say they will sort it out the next morning because the service centre is already closed.

However after being promised everything would be sorted out, I have not heard a single peep out of them. I am too afraid to go to the store again because I am certain that nothing has been done in the past 3 weeks. This horrible after market service really spoils the nice shopping experience that I have at game.
