Very dissapointed with the Game opening day promotions:
I was standing in the que very eagerly awaiting the Core i 7 special that was running on the opening day..
I was waiting in line from 04:30am (3 hours) to be sure that i was a lucky customer.. to get a core i 7 (09th in the que)
When the store opened around 07:30am all i wanted was the core i 7 laptop.. The Lenovo i7 was not avaialble on the morning of the opening day. I was the first customer to ask for one.. I was then informed that there was NO stock at all!!! and that i must give game my number and details so when stock arrives I would be contacted.. I visited the store the following day, and called in numerous times.. to only to find that there was still no stock. Today again, there was no stock...
This is poor value from a new store...
I have a picture of where my details were taken down from Game personel.
How can Game sort this problem out? I waited for 3 hours early morning to get a Core i 7?
