2 Years - No Woolworths Mag/Vouchers Or Feedback

I've been a store card holder for years now and have since kept inquiring as to where my woolworths magazine and vouchers are going. I've been a loyal customer and subcriber and yet I've never received a mag or a voucher to date and I am very unhappy. I've not received any feedback from Woolworths even though I've called to complain numerous times.

According to Woolworths all my details and my postal address is correct (I have a secure mailbox), yet nobody can explain to me where my mag goes or where my vouchers go. They say they'll call me back and never do. I've made absolutely no progress at all and would like some resolution now.

Friends of mine who've been card holders for less than 6 months are getting vouchers of R350!! I've never received anything despite doing all my grocery shopping there monthly and being a long term card holder.
