Bought a Shield Cockpit spray that works well, however the fragrance was off putting. Contacted the Shield chem team and within the 1st hour they replied with a response. I simply wanted a swap out of the product for a other fragrance cockspit spray.
They not only replied in 1 hour, they collected the product to check for integrity checks and replaced it with a number of the alternative fragranced product.
All this in less than 5 days - taking into account i was away for 2 of those days. The service was, prompt, professional and efficient. This is what customer care should be like. I am now a keen supporter of their brand as their interaction with clients is the kind of company i would proudly be associated with.
