ND 139 217 - BMW 320I (2005) - Third attempt to fix steering rack
You refused to accept responsibility when you failed miserably, to repair under Motorplan and thereafter BULLIED me into paying for the repair. Original quote for repair was approx R16000 and having dragged me to my knees and begging, you reduced the cost by a massive 6-8 thousand rands. Could not fathom this huge disparity in cost at the time but just wanted the car fixed after the humiliation of being drawn into a "fight".
Ran the car for a little while until i had to take it in again... history would indicate the problem. Guess what- the instability problem is back. i have booked it into Supertech after speaking to yet another new Dealer Principle who was very receptive and asked me to come in for a meeting this morning. my issue is that i bought a reputable brand, supposedly high quality product, advanced engineering, superior workmanship, excellent after sales service with a view to longevity, only to be left hugely disappointed. i might as well have bought a CHINESE car. It is clear that after spending a huge amount of your money and mine, your company is inept in fixing a simple problem.
