I went to Hifi Corporation because my screen is cracked on the side and if left the crack is just going to get bigger. They didn't even give me chance to take it out the box to show them they just told me to buy a new one, the tablet still works so why must I buy a new one I just need the screen fixed. How's that for customer Service, so why would I buy anything from them again if this is the service I get. I even took out an extended warranty for it, well I guess that doesn't help much either.
