On Saturday 10 August 2013 I wnt to the specified branch. I saw a ring that I liked ans asked Michelle, the sales lady if I can lay buy. She said yes and I filled out the application. She told me that it will take 15 minutes then I will receive an sms. After 20 minutes I went back to be informed that the system is off. On Friday 16 August I wanted to pay the remaining balance and to pick up the ring. Once again I was informed that I must come back because the system is off. They refused to do anything even though I had all the slips. The system seems to be always off and and then management and staff refuse to help you. The system is not my problem and I cant keep going up and down to find out whether the system is on or not. Service is more than pathetic.
