On Friday morning 16 August 2013, I went with my mother to Jet Carletonville the one same treet as Pep store.
We arraived there and shoped for shoes, when we got to the teller to pay teh lady african with a light complextion toook the shoes for processing and after that throw them back on teh counter with an attidue and told us that there was no price.
Well we did not know that there was no price and the atttidude she gave us was extremly bad.
I asked her why she was giving us an attitude and it just made it worse. her collegue than hepled us as the lady in question proceeded to do something else.
thsi is bad customer service and believe taht such people degrade the name of teh company.
