I received an email this morning stating that the refund was done on the 6th of August 2013. I sent an email back with screen shots of my bank statement to show no refund was made into my account from the 1st of August, up to yesterday. So far I have not received any form of communication from [URL Removed] on this matter. It's been dragging on for more than 2 weeks already, and it's getting ridiculous. Please sort out this issue ASAP as I am really not impressed!
