I BOUGHT THE FRIDGE FROM GAME LAST YEAR AND HARDLEY FEW MONTHS THE FRIDGE BOTTOM DOOR CAME LOOSE AND WE WENT TO GAME TO COMPLAIN. THEY INDICATED THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE, WE HAD TO PAY R500-00 FOR THE PARTS TO BE ORDERED.
THIS WAS DONE IN JANUARY 2013. SINCE THEN WE MUST FOLLOW UP AND UP TO DATE THEY KEEP ON INDICATING THAT THE PART HAS NOT COME YET. A FRIDGE IS A NECESSITY IN ANY HOUSEHOLD. I DO BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE IT OR GIVE US ONE TO USE IF THE PARTS IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE ASSIST US URGENTLY AS THIS HAS BECOME RIDICULOUS.
