Hurt and Disappointed

This morning my young sister went to buy the ALWAYS PADS as she is on her periods. All of the cashiers were not having a R100 change and she was forced to use the toilet paper. How come on this planet earth 'the famous shoprite with good service ' not have a change? but we listen to CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE everyday on our TVs and Radios.
