A set of books, 'the hunger games' was ordered from CNA via the internet, order number 2503130412/GO, at the beginning of march 2013 as a present for my partner Miss Jenna Hayne. After not receiving the books by the end of march a call was made to enquire about this. On the system it was found that they were delivered on the 12 March to a "Jacki" at Miss Haynes work. the company that delivered the books only had 'Jacki' down as person delivered to and no other details!!! There is no Jacki nor was there ever a Jacki that worked with Miss Hayne... since this has happened there have been 3 more calls logged to try and retrieve the ordered books, and each time we are promised that we will be contacted with a solution. On my call on the 14/08/2013 I found through talking with Tepelo, 0860 262 289, that the complaint had been marked as "resolved". Nothing has been resolved and nothing has been fixed. Tepelo said I would be called within 4 hours by the warehouse manager to see what has happen... two days later no call...
This is ridiculous that a company can deliver orders and not get any info from the person they delivered it to... who is Jacki???
