If you are considering using Jacki Botha for your property requirements (purchases, rentals, etc.) think very seriously:
Jacki Botha was entrusted with renting out our property. She was very friendly & helpful for the first 2 - 3 weeks, but then negated each contractual duty and responsibility. Rental was not received by the agreed date & required follow-up. No inspections were conducted. She permitted the tenant to have more than the agreed number people living at the premises. She allowed the tenant to vacate the premises before conducting a final inspection. She did not charge the tenant for breakages, cleaning, etc., as per the contract. Obtaining the keys to our property was even a problem - all keys were not returned - so we had to organise a locksmith. When trying to email or phone her - you get absolutely no response - and I mean NO response. She simply ignores all messages. If you do get through to her, be prepared to hear a life history of so called illnesses and/or using her kids activities as the excuse as to why she could not do anything. She promises to do something, and trust me, you are lucky if she does it within a month. The list is endless!!
