Every time we have stopped at this mall, we have never ever got back our change... the silly person on the other end of the help button, is so incompetent so she can ever understand how much of change is due and always will end off say that a guard will come through with change and that never happens... it either they have the worse staff compliment in the country or management is truly "picked up from the side of the road". Security is rude and arrogant and behave as if they have been recuited by special forces..instead of doing their jobs, they pick on families or shoppers to attack... the malls parking tarriff is ridiculous enough, and its a while now that they have resorted to change... irene and Menlyn are more of an upgraded mall with lower tarriffs and their ticket bays always seem to work...
Really... u guys need to wake up.
