My wallet was today in JET STORES in Festive Mall. I never go to this Mall, but thought that I will stop just there to change my daughters shoes. In-and-Out. Ja, what ever. My wallet got out of my handbag in JET and when I reported it. I was told that "there is noting that we can do about this" and "no-on can catch these guys"and I was shown (by a really nice lady) to the ticket office to get a parking ticket, seeing that I didn't have a wallet anymore! That was it. I tried to phone to see if they can check if the wallet wasn't dropped somewhere. There was NO answer. No one was willing to help and as i found out in the mean time, I was the tenth person who's wallet was (that we knew off) in JET in FESTIVE MALL. Do something, Management!! IT's a huge embarrassment to your Mall.
