I bought the Samsung Fridge at the abovementioned store, It had faulty and they took it for repair and brought it back. Few months later it braked again the store collect it for second repair and brought it back with the perception that it's fixed. I went to the store to complain about this and request the store for exchange because it seems clearly that I am sitting with a problem. They failed to assist, I lodge the complaint with customer service but that was also in vain... Can you please assist in this matte
