What service???

Where do I start? Well I baught a refridgerator from Game Festival mall last year on the 06/04/2012 and a couple of days ago it packed up. Now on wednesday I phoned Game where I bought it and a Gentelman (William) helped me. Very nice man, took all my details and told me that KIC would phone me and make an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my fridge. i thought wonderfull!!! to my dissapointment, friday i took off of work just to find out that there wouldnt be a technician out to come fix my fridge, bear in mind i had to chuck everything in my fridge. So i went to Game on friday at around 11H00 and try to find out what went wrong? just to find out the call was never logged. then i exploded, with no luck. i received an sms witch states: A service call for your KIC appliance has been logged. if no response whitin 8 working hours, please call 0860884402, ref nr S000282991. i heard nothing from any one not even a miss call. So today is saturday and still my fridge is broken. Basani at KIC said that they have booked my fridge for monday witch is unexceptable, i want it fixed today because i have to work on monday and my Wife too. So KIC i ask you: WHAT NOW???
