Unhelpful respond from head office and Worceste

In June, my dad bought me a Tab-Asus TF600TGW8 RT and about a month later, the touch screen became unresponsive. I took it to the IC in Worcester where I bought it. They said it has to be send in for repairs and it will take maximum three weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, I asked for an update and explained that I need it the upcoming week. The guy said he can only phone the supplier on Monday (It was Saturday). We agreed that the tablet will be send to Stellenbosch where I study. I phoned Worcester on the Tuesday and someone said they have received the tablet and that I can come pick it up. After I explained my previous arrangement, he said it won't be possible to do it and his response was "Can't your parents pick it up and take it to you? " He phoned me back and said I will receive my laptop later the week at Eikestad Mall. I went to IC and when the technician opened the box, only my tablet was there. The keyboard was missing. It was my word against theirs and we agreed to look at the video footage. Stellenbosch's IC was extremely helpful, but unfortunately neither Worcester nor the head office could help and assist us. It doesn't sound like IC is planning on resolving the issue.
