Late October 2012 i purchased the ATIV Tablet deal through Standard Bank. This deal was somewhat disappointing from the start. I purchased this Tablet as a gift for the first week in December 2012. Needless to say that by the third week there was still no sign of the product (bearing in mind that it was paid for immediately upon accepting the offer). By the last week of November I contacted the supplier - DG Store, to find out that the product was delayed due to stock problems. I asked them to reimburse me, should the product not be delivered before the 5 December. They advised that they would do their best. The product arrived on the 5 December. Unfortunately, without the cover... yesterday I queried with DGSTORE and they advised that they have no idea of the ETD for the tablet cover. A fabulous response...! Its now the middle of January...?

Standard Bank / DG Store - if I ran my business like this I would be out of business. How can you promote a product and not be sure of the supply of stock? I propose the value of the cover be reimbursed so that we can purchase our own covers. A some what disappointing DEAL.
