I've met with local and regional management twice before about the cafe, and still nothing has changed. There is no management at the cafe. It is a disaster area and, quite frankly, it has become disgusting. We will go there no more.
The service is really bad. I don't want to say anything bad about the ladies that serve us, they are all sweet and do try hard, but they have not been trained and are often under staffed.
The kitchen is completely disorganised. Five of us ordered different toasted sandwiches and we all had to send them back - some of us twice - because the orders were wrong. Not to mention the stone cold chips.
The quality of the food is also very inconsistent. we have had a few people send back their roast vegetables recently because they stank - a sour, old smell.
Cleanliness has gone out the door. I have sent back several cups of coffee due to lipstick stains, and we send back cutlery relatively often because things are just not cleaned properly.
This morning was the last straw, when one our party found "something" in her coffee. It was a very small beetle of some kind - maybe a cockroach...
