I have never had such bad service.
I was trying to commission a new shower standpipe. Every aspect of this was a problem to The Bathroom Factory. There was no concept of client service and the woman I dealt with was exceptionally rude and aggressive.
It took more than 2 weeks of incessant requests just to get a quote.
I accepted that quote hastily as that aspect of my project was now running extremely over time due to something as simple as a shower stand pipe! Upon acceptance of the quote I also asked how we could move forward to get the product manufactured and have to date not received an email back after repeated requests.
From some research, I believe they have moved and with them not posting any new phone numbers or replying to their emails, I am left 'high and dry' with no shower fitting after 8 weeks of wasted time.
I have nothing to tell my clients making me looking very unprofessional and have to start the process over.
I dealt with Ann and Shereen and the business is apparently owned by someone named Rocky. I would warn anyone who comes across a brassware manufacturer with those people involved to research whether they were the same company.
