I went shopping this morning (about half an hour ago) & there was a bag of potatoes at the bottom of my trolley & an extension running across the isle which I didn't see as I walked straight. The trolley fell over & bumped me (my left knee & also bruising my left foot & right ankle). One lady helped me to pick up my groceries & I showed her the injuries. Nothing was done. After I paid I asked to talk to the manager (they called the supervisor) again showed the injuries where she only apologized. Why was there an extension yet no sign??? I would really appreciate it if someone can get back to me. If I have to get a doctors report then I shall do that.
