I have sent several e-mail to Customer Services on behalf of my partner. I am trying to go the extra mile for him. We have requested the account to be closed and put a Z block code on the Vision system. Up until today no one has come back to us informing us that the matter has been resolved. I am really upset at the bad customer service provided. We were told to call back on the 13 th Aug and only by then request a closed letter. Why? The account was paid up. I would like to request some agent to contact Mr. B Magermann on 084 753 6678 and fax or e-mail the letter. We need to have proof besides the paid up till slip that was provided by the merchant on 02 August 2013 when a request was sent to Markhams. Please advise. Thank you. Kind regards
