As a person who bought for the first time ever at this company I am shocked at the service levels. Opened an account online and put in order. After I heard nothing I send email to request feedback. Only then received order to sign. That was 5th Aug. After that no feedback... what is going on... Status only show pending. This is absolutely shocking service... I see all the complaints and I am very disappointed I opened an account. What is going on with my order or must I rather go to another company
