My fiance and I won a prize at last years bridal expo held at Oakfields. The prize is R13, 000 towards wedding photography. We recently booked a date and wanted to claim our prize. Only to find out that Ian Cooper Photography is not available on our date! To which the prize states & I quote "should the photographer not be available on this date the prize can be used for pre or post shoots such as trash the dress as well as family photos. On asking Ian on which date this could be arranged. I received a message back saying it could only be done on a Sunday/week day.fair enough! When a Sunday was book.i was then told he had to check the prize&see if it include a pre/post shoot! Which he did not get back to me on. After numerous attempts to forward him the mail. I was not taken seriously as I was not a PAYING CUSTOMER! He then admitted to going out rather than getting back to me with the relevant information. Again because I am not a PAYING customer and it is a prize! This is unacceptable as we won the prize and Ian cooper photography is the one who can't make the date! So regardless of whether the prize included the pre/post shoot is irrelevant! IAN COOPER PHOTOGRAPHY SHOULD HONOUR PRIZES!!
