I am so disappointed with the service I received from Shameem at Thruworths in Canal Walk.
I went to purchase Tights in the store and on the cover its written for 3 pairs but there was only one pair for all tights, according to my understanding as a customer I have a right to question something that I do not know but instead the response I get from Shameem is that there is nothing she can do someone made a mistake for all the covers and its up to me what I can do about it.
What happened to the customer is always right policy as she is employed to service them and ensure that they are satisfied with the service. I bought the one tight but not as they advertise it.
