I went to settle my markhams account, i had a balance of R5050 on an account that was handed over. I paid the R5050 at Markhams stores in Greenacres ion the 22 November 2013. I faxed the proof of Payment to MBD but until today the foschini group havent processed the payment to MBD and i cant get a paid up letter from their side because they still awaiting payment. Ive made tons of phonecalls, i couldnt get any help even from the Head Office because they say the payment doesnt appear on their system. Ive asked them to give me my money back so i can deposit the money straight to MBD's account but they say the process will take even longer. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT TAKES MORE THAN 2MONTHS TO APPEAR ON THE SYSTEM??? Im losing my patience here and i want my money back and go deposit this money to MBD directly, simply as that, because if Markhams cant do it, then i will do it for them.
