I bought a Babyliss Gas curling tong about three months ago, together with extra gas capsules. Having used all of those, I returned to buy new gas capsules at the Gardens Centre, Cape Town branch. There I was told that they had no stock, and that the product was discontinued. I then went to the V&A Waterfront branch to find gas capsules, again to be told they had no stock and that the product has been discontinued. Suddenly it made sense to me that Clicks went on a 30% discount spree with their Babyliss products shortly after I bought mine at full price.
I am really angry that I am now left with a useless product for which I spent hard earned money! As a consumer I have rights. The contract between seller and buyer is not open to abuse Clicks. What are you going to do about it?
