During April this year my wife bought a Babylis gas hair styler on their recommendation as the Braun gas make was discontinued. They said to us that this gas refills will always be available at their stores. Various stores in Pretoria are selling the item but not the gas refills. When I confronted a employee at the Mall @ Reds about this, he said to me that they were told to promote other makes and that they are not going to stock the refills anymore. This is surely not acceptable to us. Why must we now travel nearly 15 km to another Clicks store to find out that they are also not keeping stock of the refills.
