Breached a signed contract of owing a credit

For 3 years now I have been battling to get my products or money back to the value of R45000.00 from the owner Jaco Meissenheimer. I have a signed contract between myself and Mr Meissenheimer stating acknowledgment of owing the products but he has consistently refused to make payment or return my products. I would like to warn any and all people for doing business with this individual as your money is unsafe and he is unreliable and untrust worthy. I am willing to give a percentage of the total value owing to any legal representative who can assist me in resolving this matter. This individual has a number of different business ventures, investments, contracts and businesses namely protea hardware, protea gold exchange, the party bus, a few gold shops around the city and yet denies having any money to repay what is owed or even return or supply the goods within his possession.
