I got a new contract from a cell phone company about 9 months ago and since then I recieved sms messages that my account are in arrear.
The problem is that this is not my account, I don't even have an account with american swiss.
I've been to 8 stores and asked them to change the cell phone number on the account as not to sms me with there please pay or we hand you over messages but to no avail. they just tell me they will send this request to head office and it never gets changed.
I would also like to ask Ms M Velayadum with account 3123111 to go and change your cell phone number so I don't get your bull again!!!
Foshini changed the details and send me one more sms after I asked them to correct the problem because it takes a while to update information. Thanks Foshini.
