Extremely poor service and no one to answer as to

In June i purchased a pair of jeans from guess before leaving to overseas. at the time i could not try on the jeans because i had my baby with. on verification with the sales assistant, Loganathan Pillay he assurd me that sizes are as SA sizes so i took the size i would normally take at any other store. when i got home and tried the jeans it was not fitting, at this time i could not go back to the store so i called in and spoke to the Manager on Duty Dillon. i explianed i was leaving for overseas and would not be back before the required time for a refund [10day policy]. he assured me that it was okay so long as i made him aware he would note it down in the correposndance book. he asked me to have my till slip avaiable when i come in so the nessary a be refunded.on arrival to the store a few weeks later. i was told that dillion is no longer with guess and my refund cannot be done, not company policy. the manager on duty could not assist. he gave me a customer careline number 011 555 2300 which does not work. he said guess sizes are 3-4 times bigger n his area manager would get back to me T Irwin, she never did. i called in two days later, everyones on training. still no feedback!!
