I requested a settelment letter on the 6th as they advise it will take 48hours I phoned on the 7th again whereby a gentelman said they will e-mail in the next 2hours. I still havent received a settelment letter for my account??? If been on hold more then 10min for what just another empty promise. Its CRAZY its insane!! go listen to your recordings to hear your emty promises cant belive this!!!
