Request for settelment

Good Day

I have been requesting for over a month now for my settelment amount and i can see that the emails are read and nothing, I have paid R1000 into the accout and your debit order went off like clock work of R450, From my last statement the amount is settled, Now i am requesting that you remove the debit order and a letter stating i have paid in full, I dont see why i have to request over and over for the settlemnt amount and then nothing. I am sure you would want this matter to be settled by by the loks of it you want to continue.

Please can someone contact me and stop the debit order. I will however go into my bank and stop the debit orde
