1ST TIME ORDER TURNS INTO COMPLETE FIASCO

PLACED A 1ST TIME ORDER WITH PICK N PAY ONLINE SHOPPING TO SURPRISE MY FAMILY, WHICH TURNED INTO A COMPLETE FIASCO ON FRIDAY 02 AUG 2103.
THEY 1ST SAID THEY WERE DELAYED - WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THAT!
WHEN WE CALLED IN ON SAT 03 AUG 2013 TO GET AN UPDATE, WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BLATANTLY DISHONEST DELIVERY SERVICE HAD FLAT-OUT TO SAY WE WERE NOT HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
THERE WERE SIX HUNGRY ADULTS AND FOUR CRAZY DOGS WAITING FOR THAT FOOD TO ARRIVE AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE LET THAT DELIVERY MAN GET WAY A FROM THERE WITHOUT DELIVERING?
DELIVERY FINALLY ARRIVED ON SATURDAY WITH R260.98 GOODS SHORT / NOT SUPPLIED?
NOW PNPOS OWE ME A REFUND OF R260.98 AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING?
EMAILS SENT TO PPOS, CUST. CARE, CEO, INCL. ALL DETAILS ON SAT 03 AUG 2013 TO COMPLAIN.
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER TO-DATE?
