After being permitted to use the hyperama trolleys, the "boss", as he called himself, came at me in a rage, demanding that I remove my goods from the trolley. After trying to explain that we had already been granted permission by hyperama's staff, he grabbed me by the throat so violently that he caused bruising. As spectators watched in disbeliefe, he sped off in his bright orange verheicle. Is this man sane? Is he mentally stable?
