2003 : bought a King Koil base-set from Matress Factory Waterfall Mall, few weeks later logged a complaint at Bravo Group, upon inspection we were told that King Koil is a poor quality product and it was suggested that we upgrade to a Slumberland. Afforded to upgrade to the Slumberland Gold, paid a difference of R1750.
2009 : logged a new complaint at Bravo Group about a spring protruding from the side of the mattress, decided to upgrade to the Slumberland Platinum, paid a difference of R2166.
2013 : sent a letter on 8 April 2013, was apparently not received, phoned 15 April and was suddently possible to log the complaint telephonically.
Yesterday Andre phone, was hard to make out was he said, was able to heat that we have to pay R1500 for some kind of guarantee or warranty claim. For what? 10 Year warranty on the base-set. Don't want to have it replaced with another Slumberland, feels it's a bad quality product, 2 complaints within 10 years on 2 different base-sets is 2 too many.
Would rather upgrade to another product to the same value.
