Bought a bed, base broke

I bought my sealy aloe, brand new bed from OK furniture in February 2012. Ok, now about a month back at 11pm, me and my husband were sleeping. Out of the blue there was a sound and the bed rattled. I thought we were being shot at. I could not get out of the bed because, to my horror, the bed had sunk in in the middle. We got out of bed to examine. First we thought that the bed itself was sagging. But my husband found that the base had broken. So I went to the place where I bought the bed. they gave me Sealy's number to phone, once I phoned Sealy they told me to go to where I bought it. Again they told me it was out of their hands and I had to phoned Sealy. I phoned again and they told me someone will contact me back. Still waiting... We tried repairing the bed ourselves, but the wood is of such poor quality, that It kept on snapping in different areas. I have been a proud supporter of Sealy my whole adult life. I can't believe they would do this to us. And with a bed I paid nearly R10 000.00 for. We are resorted to sleeping with just the mattress on the floor, after both me and my husbands backs have been thrown out.
