I have a mini countryman that has been at alberante panel beaters since January.
I had a minor accident were a drunk guy ran in front of me vehicle in a main road and hit him, I had damage to my left door and I was missing a mirror. The damage was repaired and my vehicle went to motorplan to get reactivated. It went to motorplan and then they declined it saying the alignment was out alberante then sorted out the alignment and It went back a second time for them to decline it again a second time saying the suspension was out which was impossible as the alignment would not be correct and the people at the alignment place gave the reports to show there is nothing wrong with the suspension. Manny whose the manager at alberante autospray took my vehicle with the report to motorplan to show them there's nothing wrong they still did not want to hear of it I phoned bmw sa and explained to them the situation they were suspose to get back to me which was in February to this day he didn't bother to phone me. Due to the fact I need my vehicle asap as I have had a coutesy vehicle from the insurance which was only for 30 days I have spent a lot of money borrowing v
