Where to start?! I went in to the shop on Monday the 4th of November at around 3pm, I realized that they were busy, but the manager said that they will take my flat tyre and replace it for me and I can come in the next day for fitment as I was in a bit of a hurry.. I left my name and number and was assured that they will be in contact with me... They never called me .. It cost me driving there on Thursday (as leaving messages is a total waste) When I arrived there the manager informed me that the tyre only arrived that morning (what a coincidence).. I then waited for them to fit the tyre and to do wheel alignment, after an hour and 15 mins I inquired about how long they are still going take, I was told that they still need to do the alignment and that my vehicle is next in line.. Before taking my seat again, a guy with his Ferarri drives on to the ramp where my vehicle is supposed to go for the alignment.. when I inquired about what number it was in the queue, no one could answer me! After doing me this HUGE favor of taking 2 hours to replace one tyre and do wheel alignment, I decided that they nor the franchise will ever have my business again and I will spread the word! Pathetic!
