I bought deal voucher ref C7909D10A4 on 15 November 2012. I have tried to book an appointment with the supplier by sending an email on 20 November 2012 to the address as indicated on the voucher, but haven't received any response to date. (I have proof of the mail) I also tried to phone in December without success. The voucher has expired in the meantime.
I sent an email to [Email Removed] on 7 May 2013 explaining the above and enquiring about the refund process. I haven't received any feedback from them since.
