I'm extremely irritated and frustrated by the service provided by the company. I bought two BestWay Air beds from Daddy's Deals and made a payment on 27.11.13. On 29.11.13 I received a voucher via an email and a confirmation of delivery which was supposed to take place 5-15 working days after the deals closed on 02.12.13. Since today I haven't received any response after I've been sending emails requesting feedback to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed]
I cant understand why after the money is on their side, they then ignore customers. I refer to this as and want my money back...
