I have received a gift voucher from a friend last year in November as a birthday gift. I started trying to get an appointment in January. I was sent from pillar to post by the person who answered the phone. At some point I received a number which he said I must call, 0721107800. I called that number trying to book for an appointment, it only rings with no one answering. I left voice messages and no one came back to me. Now the voucher expired last month and this is just not fair. Having tried my best to get hold of the supplier with no success. I even send an email, no one came back to me. Can someone get back to me regarding this matter.
It is a loss from our side while we went all out to book this appointment on time.
