I bought a voucher deal from Daddy's Deals for which the supplier refused to deliver the service sold. I contacted Daddy's Deals but they never responded to any of my emails.
Apparently Daddy's Deals receives the payment, takes their cut and immediately pays the supplier their cut. They do not care at all if the supplier delivers on what was advertised and sold. (Unlike some other voucher companies that withhold payment until the service is delivered before paying the supplier, and who will credit you for unused vouchers).
