Irritation / Rash

I purchased Loreal Laser Renew moisturiser from Clicks, the sales lady recommended this for my skin type. I wanted to purchase a day and night cream and she said it is both. Three days later from using this product my skin broke out in a irritating dry rash, bumps under my skin and extremely itchy. I stopped using the cream for a few days and tried it again to see if it was the cream and maybe not something else. And it caused exactly the same affect on my skin, i am not very happy with this product and want a refund or something else from Loreal to sort out my skin witch I'm battling now to sort out. I'm not happy!!!
