Speed point not working

To whom it may concern,

On the 25 January 2013 I was at KFC Maponya Mall. I stood in the queue for more than 40 mins and finally when I got to the front of the queue and it's my turn to purchase food, the cashier tells me that the do not take card but only cash. I asked the cashier why they haven't indicated this anywhere as it was an inconvenience to wait so long and be told that I would not be assisted. The cashier said with attitude that they've been saying every now and then, it's a pity that I didn't hear. I asked the cashier if I could go withdraw and just be first in line as I have already queued. The cashier still insisted that I Will either queue or ask the customers in line to grant me the permission to be first.

I'm so disappointed that there was no indication that they do not take cards and still when I want to go through the trouble of going to an ATM and request to be first I'm given attitude and Rethabile was very rude and loud. Shouting showing me that I have no choice but to listen to her.

I'm very angry and demand answers or I'm taking this further.
