I was happy with the way he handled my refund as i had mistakely ordered and paid for a book that i was not sure i needed at the time. so on realisation of this i called them up and he diligently ensured that the item was not shipped and my refund was processed thereafter. i am glad to say thier turnaround time is excellent as well, i received an sms for the funds this morning. :) i will definately be buying from them again. keep it up guys. it's such pple that keep us ppl coming back.
